Data is deleted from the server within 3 months after the email is sent. If you want to keep your letter, please download it as a PDF after receiving it.
Yes, the sender's email can be displayed as anonymous. However, the record is still stored on the server.
Letters are sent at the date and time you selected. Scheduling is based on your current browser (device) timezone.
A scheduled letter cannot be edited, so please review the content carefully before sending. Cancelling is not self-serve either, but it is possible: email contact+futureletter@evoa.one with the Letter ID from your confirmation email before the delivery date and we will delete the letter.
Please check your spam folder. If it's not there, verify that your email address is correct and contact us at contact+futureletter@evoa.one.
Letter content must be at least 1 character long, and there is no maximum length limit. However, very long letters may take time to send via email.
Yes, FutureLetter is completely free. There are no additional costs or subscription fees, and all features are available for free.
We support 10 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Dutch.
Yes, all letters are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore, a managed database service operated by Google, and are sent only to the email address you specify, with automatic daily backups managed by Google Cloud. Letters are automatically deleted 3 months after the scheduled delivery date.
Some email providers may classify letters as spam. To prevent this:
• Verify the recipient's email address is correct
• Check spam folders regularly
• Add FutureLetter as a trusted sender
The email body includes a note at the bottom indicating that the letter was automatically sent from FutureLetter. If you suspect a spam letter was sent, please contact us at contact+futureletter@evoa.one.
Markdown is a simple syntax for formatting text. You can create headings with #, make text bold with **, and italic with *. You can also easily add lists, links, blockquotes, and more to create beautiful letters. FutureLetter provides real-time preview so you can see the results as you write. FutureLetter offers 12 beautiful themes: Minimal, Vintage, Pastel, Elegant, Dark, Ribbon, Diary, Ocean, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Spring, summer, autumn, and winter themes also include seasonal animation effects. You can select a theme on the letter writing page and see a real-time preview. Each theme completely changes the mood of your letter, so choose one that matches your letter's content.
Yes, you can download your letter as a PDF after receiving it. Click the 'Download PDF' button on the letter viewing page to generate a PDF file. Downloading as PDF allows you to keep your letter permanently, and you can continue viewing it on your personal device even after it's deleted from the server. However, due to PDF characteristics, animation effects (seasonal effects of spring, summer, autumn, and winter themes) are not saved. They are saved as static images.
Yes, you can schedule as many letters as you want. Each letter is managed independently and can be scheduled for different dates. For example, you can send letters 1 year later, 5 years later, etc. Each letter has a unique ID and can be viewed individually after being sent. Simply write a new letter on the letter writing page and schedule it for a different date.
